Singapore hosting on a network we actually own

Virtual machines, mail and backup hosted in Singapore — on our own BGP Autonomous System and our own public IP space, not resold from someone else's cloud.

Our own network, verifiable in APNIC

AS131236

BGP Autonomous System

Registered to Genworx Pte Ltd under APNIC. Routing, addressing and failover are ours to control — which is what lets us answer questions a reseller cannot.

What you get

Our own network, not a reseller

We hold our own BGP Autonomous System (AS131236) and our own public IPv4 space under APNIC, so routing, failover and addressing are ours to control rather than rented from someone else's cloud.

Hosted in Singapore

Infrastructure sits in a Singapore datacentre, keeping data in Singapore for PDPA and internal data-residency requirements.

99.9% uptime commitment

A contractual 99.9% availability target across the hosting platform.

24/7 managed support

Managed services are monitored and supported around the clock by the engineers who run the platform.

Daily backups

Daily backups are taken by default, with seven-day retention as standard. Longer retention and off-site copies are available by contract.

One provider for the stack

Hosting, network security, mail and AI infrastructure from one team, so there is no vendor hand-off when something crosses a boundary.

Common questions

Where is the hosting located?

In a Singapore datacentre. Data stays in Singapore, which is what PDPA-conscious buyers and internal data-residency policies usually require.

Do you own your network or resell someone else's?

We own it. Genworx holds BGP Autonomous System AS131236, registered to Genworx Pte Ltd under APNIC, along with our own public IPv4 allocations. That means routing decisions, IP addressing and failover are ours to control rather than rented from a provider.

What uptime do you commit to?

A 99.9% availability target on the hosting platform.

What support is included?

Managed services include 24/7 monitoring and support from the engineers who operate the platform.

How do backups work?

Daily backups are taken by default with seven-day retention. Retention periods and off-site copies are set by contract, so longer retention is available if you need it.

Can I keep my own IP addresses?

Because we hold our own APNIC allocations, we can provide native IPv4 space rather than shared or NAT'd addressing. Talk to us about what your migration requires.

Moving hosting? Talk to the people who run the network.

We will tell you what a migration involves, what we can move without downtime, and whether we are the right fit.
